We have been helping thousands of people across the country for the last 11 years in their problems with the Internal Revenue Service.  We are located in Port Ludlow, Washington (lower right hand portion of the map).  Most of our clients are not in our home state, but in other parts of the country.  Over the years we have trained the IRS, in its various service areas and states, that we do not need to sit down in front of them in order to help our clients.  In fact, we have found that it is most always in our clients best interest not to personally meet with the IRS.  We are not your typical CPA firm.  We take on the IRS and really concentrate our efforts in two main areas:

• Resolution Services.  This is where we become your advocate with the IRS.  We spend a good bit of our time in hand to hand combat with the IRS for the benefit of our clients.  First, we get to know you, your current situation, and the problems you have had.  Second, we analyze your financial health.  Third, we analyze the history you have with the IRS.  Fourth, we let you know of all the options that are available to you.  Fifth, we let you know our recommendation of your best option.  And Sixth, and most important, with all the facts available to you, we let you decide what you want to do.  Seventh, we follow your choice of action, and then help you implement it.

• Penalty Abatement.  We do our best to get the IRS to either abate or give you back the penalties and associated interest that you have paid.  We have, through our efforts, had the IRS return actually Millions of dollars to our clients in the form of abatement of penalties (see some of our results and testimonials).

• My mothers loan service.  Sorry, I've asked and been asked, but my mother just will not loan you the money you need to pay your IRS debt.  Actually, one of my clients did tell me once, and he was mad as hell at me, that one of my CPA's had promised him that my Mother would loan him the money to pay off his IRS debt.  Sure........
